    You'd probably like brighter green spit...so you stop running through it so much. Maybe less powerful common, dual-wielding melees, a hand-held mini gun, jet pack, or maybe god mode....anything to make the game easier for you.

    lot of good ideas in here so far... esp the jetpack and god mode. Would god-mode work like a super-mario star?

    Seriously though,
    I like the idea of more SI and more survivors. It would be cool if the game would scale to let you play with more or less than 4v4 without having to have bots.

    SV stuff:____________________________________________ _____________________________________________

    -SV classes/ unique SV characters with different stats: marksmanship, dexterity, melee and m2 strength / attack rate, speed, agility, effectiveness with med supplies, starting gear.

    -SV characters gain xp and level as the rounds progress and they do things like killing zombies (accurately), protecting / helping teammates (quickly), gaining distance. XP / levels effect / increase base stats. When a character dies, they're dead; you have to pick a new one for the next round / start at 0 xp. In the case where the other team has more players, SV could be given a starting XP bonus.

    -More items and gear / ability to take useful stuff from dead zombies: should be able to pick up / put on armor from an armored zombie, but it should decrease speed / agility some and wear out as it absorbs damage.

    -Ability to dual wield more than just pistols: certain small melee like a big knife, hammer, tomahawk, double barrel sawed-off, maybe a riot shield?

    -More types of hp: cauterize to stop bleeding when on temp-health, temp health should drop faster with damage / you take more damage when on temp hp.

    -More upgrades to guns / weapons than just laser sights: scopes, extended mags, brighter lights, silencers, rail-mount grenade launcher, Grip tape to improve melee.

    - Gear persist from map to map as long as you don't die / drop it

    - Ability to pass ANYTHING weapons, throwables, ammo between teammates

    SI:_______________________________________________ __________________________________________________ __

    -As others have mentioned a melee class would be cool as would a new spiting SI that spits "sticky" or slow-down goo

    -A "mugger" si that has the ability to grab guns or items from SV and run with them. Would need to lose the ability to climb while carrying though
    speed should also be reduced when carrying

    -SI gain hp with melee damage and melee damage increases the longer the hit persists

    -Killing a SV gives certain SI a HP bonus as well as a speed and re-charge bonus

    -Dead SV becomes a special SI

    -Spawn timers change depending on the number of players on each team. SI could be given bonus HP / recharge / spawn timers in the situaltion where SV had more players.


    World / Common:___________________________________________ __________________________________________________ _______

    - More of each level is movable / destructible. SV can barricade doors, move ladders around, move / place mounted weapons for bridge small gaps, etc. SI can break out more walls / ceilings, use spawns to destroy paths, place obstacles, create different places to spawn.

    - Common react more to sound. More powerful weapons draw more hoard; there's an actual benefit to using melee or silenced weapons. If SV move slowly and quietly, there will be very little argo / horde, rushing / moving faster and shooting more will increase the horde.

    - Scoring is more complex and is based on distance, HP, and SI damage

    -SV have a running total of common and si kills. Tank / witch damage done, and total damage done.

    -RVS witches are crownable, but can still kill with 1 hit.

    - Different types of tanks: would be cool to see a tank that was a little bit slow on his feet but had a leap or charge ability that would let him cover large distances quickly, as would one that could slowly built up his own horde (like the squeaky clown). Maybe a spit tank (spit instead of rocks) would be interesting too as it would force SV out of their hidey holes and into the open.

    So, yeah, I've been thinking about this for awhile. I know that some of these ideas are pretty far out there and will never happen, but it's fun to think about.
    The goals with all of it is reward all different types of play styles, and break up the standard hits and timing, to allow both teams the options to change the way that a map is normally played. Also, just in increase the amount of action: more killing for SV, more damage for SI with bigger consequences if SV lets someone die, or SI fails to wipe the SI.
