your missing right turn and left turn in your list.

right turn and left turn are vehicle commands, and are there.

bind those with whatever you want.....it's about turning the "wheel" of the aircraft when you are taxiing.

Ahh this maybe the issue I'm having with my flying! Also not binding look to a key is silly. You run faster going straight forward than strafing so you should have look bound so when running like hell you can look and see around you. Also helps in Flying choppers and such, I normally double-tap alt (my key for look bind) that turns off mouse stearing and allows you to look about while driving like in BF2.

I wouldn't use look while flying myself and just use the numpad for looking (default the numpad buttons move your head to look in key directions.

For fixed wing the pedals control the taxiing direction on the ground and the rudder in the air. For helos the pedals will rotate your helo in place if you are at low speeds and roll right and roll left will 'strafe' with the helo.
