Up to that point, I had qualified expert in the M-16A2 (29/30), expert with the SAW, expert with the M203, and right before I got to grenades, I went to jail on the pistol course. Damn!

Do I have to worry about court marital's and article 15's, too?

My brother-in-law is an active duty Marine. Presently he is an Assault Amphibian Vehicle (AAV) instructor in California.

This past weekend he visited our house and I showed him ArmA. He was familiar with it and said other instructors use Operation Flashpoint for their classrooom training sessions.

So there we have it. The only way to get more real is to join the Marines.

yeah. OFP was licensed to DARPA and then the Defense Dept. as a "virtual battlefield system". Since it can actually do full scale, no limit battles, complete with armor, special forces, day/night, weather, water, parachutes, choppers, A-10's.......all of it...makes sense.
