I wish I had my own computer, because I would have enough memory to run both bf2 and the expansions and Arma.

What do you mean tgross? You are out of hard drive space? You said memory, if you have enough memory to run BF2 then you have enough memory to run ARMA. Now if it is diskspace that is a different story.

We could probably help you out if you wanted so let me know what the issue is and I can suggest a fix.

There is an awesome History Channel episode on those events that occurred. Two men that volunteered for that suicide mission and gave up their lives to save the pilot (who survived the whole ordeal).

You have Steam installed, and you have created a Steam account user ID and password, right?

Did you purchase the game on DVD from a retail store?

If you still think you can't log into Steam and you insist that you bought the game in Steam and downloaded it there, I would ask the obvious: Is your internet connection working fine? Firewall blocking Steamapp? If it still doesn't work, there's no way I can help you
