Just in case the Evolution map takes too long...it includes an outhouse with porcelain ring that your player can sit on for while. Get in and press " ' " to sit for a moment.

Although I'm already adminning the sneakymonkeys.com clan, if you need any specific advice with configs etc., then feel free to send me a message.

It's probably worth mentioning any specific skills you're after like experienced admin or people who've customised servers, timezone e.g. US/europe, your website address, speoken languages (english, dutch etc.,)
