Indy films rarely have kick-ass actors. I think they did well given the fact that they can't really pay the actors very much.

Took the words from my mouth. At least try to have a open mind when watching this movie. It's not like they are making a profit here. They are releasing the movie for free in December I believe.

If you are expecting flashy CGI and uber huge budget then just don't watch it.

but even though they cant pay the actors that much but it would be quite a big earning movie cuz theres like over 45 million l4d fans around the world and we might be more than eager to watch the darned movie

I wouldn't mind a CGI movie from valve directly. The openings are really fantastic after all.
