Well if you feel no one is using their mic..and you yourself aren't using it..how do you know if they aren't thinking the exact same thing? "No one is using their mic so i wont use mine". Start talking, they'll listen at least...then they'll start talking.

It's the people who don't have mics that get me. At a time 3 regs on a team will have a mic the rest are mute :P. So they can't communicate back which lowers the communication level dramatically and screws you up when they're on the point and they can't tell you that they are there or the enemies are on it. Some people at least try to type but they have to stop to do it.

On the issue of FF, the fact is while most of the TTP regs use their mikes, 75% of the server a) doesnt have one/its broken or b)"using mikes is for noobs" i had one guy say that on my team. all he said all game.
but think about this. how is putting FF on going to help with the nade spamming? if i shout "is anyone in the building with the MG in it?, im gonna chuck a frag in there" and another teamate a)rushes in b/c hes an idiot or b) cant say hes in there. with no mini-map you no idea where your teammates are. and i hate to say it, but nade spamming is still going to be strong. and air-strikes are going to be a living nightmare now. just imagine a noob using the old "drop an airstrike on the bomb site so they cant defuse it" trick and kill half his team. yeah that would suck.

On the issue of HC, i voted for FF off and HC off. and ill stick with that. not to rain on anyones parade (i really mean no offense, no flames please) but doesnt a FPS with no crosshairs, minimap or ammo counter seem stupid? Sure playing like a real marine is good and all but its still a game. if nothing else, the no minimap thing sucks nuts. i constantlly see kits that go like this
LMG/P90 with red dot/AK-47 w/nade launcher and UAV jammer. that just sucks. in regular mode these kits would get their asses handed to em. makes no sense at all IMO

biscuit don't be upset that the pats beat up on your chargers....when they at least make into the super bowl then i might take it off.

ok.. so I have all the achievements except one bc the game will not allow me to recieve it. It is the Sacrifizzle achievement. I have it for Left 4 Dead 2 but I have tried for hours to get it for Left 4 Dead 1 but the game will not give me the achievement no matter what I do. I have tried every way to get this by losing control of a tank to become a hunter and even jumped on a surviver just starting the generator from on top the highest point in the game(which is just above the machine gun on the bridge) for 25 pounce points and killed the surviver and I did not recieve it. Does anyone know y this is happening or know when this will be fixed, if it ever will b. I have spent many hours playing this game to have every achievement on both Left 4 Dead games. I dont want this to ruin my perfect game with Left 4 Dead. Please help.

Does anyone know if they even know about it? Do they have plans to fix this? Has all my hard work gone down the drain?
