My rank reset

How do I save or back up my rank some have mentioned to do it.

I went to play today and everything was reset.

oh man that really sucks. anyways i always back up my player profile every 5 levels or so. I believe the folder is located in: c:\program files\activision\profiles\Xlucier

i always play as admin but i just clicked the icon regular so nothing was there i guess its saves how you start the game i restarted it with admin and everything was there thanks for the help
