Help with Xfire

How do you make COD4 run as administrator when Xfire loads the TTP server?

All my ranks and upgrades are only there is I run the game as administor.

Don't use xfire. Either use the ip to connect by using the console "~" or set up a desk top icon for the server.

why not? I do and it works perfectly for me. I'm not sure about the whole administrator thing, you mean an admin on the server (which if so your not supposed to post that in a public forum) or run as a windows administrator. If its windows, why do you need to?

Hey spaz I dont know why I didnt think about that but it worked thanks for the help.

The reason for needing to run as administrator was when I started playing I played as administrator of my computer so the game saved all my ranks and stuff as the administrator playing so when the game opens normaly the computer vista sees it as just a user and they have there own profile so none of my rank ups and unlocks were there.

I played it for 2 years, got bored of it :P Haven't played it in years now, well I did last year just to try it again with my dad, but still kinda boring :P I once hit someone on the forehead with a driver lol, he was standing infront of me when I hit the ball, what a stupid guy, he had to go to the hospital lol

Anyways, my dad still plays it like every sunday, always does 18 holes lol

I got bored of it, because it all went way too slow for me, I wanted to do something where I can run a lot :P

But yeah, it can be fun
