Thread: Problems With Symbols In Name

For some reason when I try to create a new name, example ][5th][ Tenrou. I cannot put in these "][" or any other symbols in my name. They simply won't show up the only one that does for some reason is the under score _. Anyone else have this problem seems a bit strange.

If I can put my {} for {BD} then you should be able to put ][5th][ in.

Are you doing that as your profile name, or just the Multiplayer online display name?

Edit: God I'm a noob as soon as you said that I looked at my options. Forgot completly that theres a multiplayer display name option.

That might be the problem then. I haven't tried it, but I'm guessing for the actual profile page you can't use any symbols, just the standard alphanumeric characters.

You can just add your ][5th][ tag to your online name as that is where I have mine. My profile itself is just named Keiron, but I added the tag in the Multiplayer options so it's {BD} Keiron.

You might just have to go with Tenrou or whatever you want for your profile and add the tag to the Multiplayer name tag.
