Warfare mode
ok so i join the server and tested out warfare mode. here's what i learned.
1. its similar to the evolution map but the enemy could take the towns back.
2. you can setup AI squads to patrol an area and take towns or even defend the base.
3. the commander can build support factories like barracks to allow squad leaders to recruit more soldiers and tanks.
4. taking a town is like taking a silo in 2142, just be in the main building and stay there long enough.
5. Grenades took out my whole 7 man sqaud.
6. walking sucks, so be sure to have a working transport nearby.
7. bases can be build with walls and defense positions like mg pits and aa and at weapons.
8. WE NEED MORE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!
9. the VOIP works wonderfully in the game for me now.
10. still takes a while cause you have to take the WHOLE island and then destroy the main base.

Re: Warfare mode
I was just about to post this myself. Warfare is a two team thing. If we can get a full 20 person server, then we can have a 10 vs 10 game going. It is basically the battlefield series on a huge detailed map. The main differences between Battlefield and Warfare is that in Warfare mode: the commander also builds bases besides giving orders, each player buys their weapons and vehicles, and players can recruit their own AI squad.
I really wanna play a full match of Warfare on TTP. I've played it on other servers and it is loads of fun(since I play 2142). This game has a lot you can do that isn't possible in 2142. For instance, it is a huuuuge map, it has lots of detailed interiors for building warfare(like an entire 5 story hotel!), destructible environments from trees and bushes to walls and even buildings. I love it when a player goes to hide from my tank in a building, then I just blow the whole thing up and it collapses on him.

Re: Warfare mode
Here is a nice edited version of Warfare.

Is it possible to add new missions? If so, that's a nice mission that I would love to see added.
It makes Warfare playable on the full map of Sahrani instead of just Southern Sahrani. I feel like it enhances the experience some because it is the full Sahrani island and it also has a 64 player version for the bigger map size. The servers I've seen running this map all have high player counts, so players like it(and I do to). This map is also updated very often by the maker, so it had lots of new balances such as making artillery more expensive so that people don't whore it. (I believe original warfare sets artillery at $1500 which is the about the price of a stryker, this map sets is at $2500 which is the price of a tank). Artillery become more valuable due to bigger map and higher cost and thus a more important asset to protect.

Re: Warfare mode
alright, also. i know we are at war with them but the TG guys got some interesting missions on their servers. also there was a mission that was coop 10 and it was set at night and the goal was to clear the town. can't remember what is was called.
I also might make a map. but that's if i'm really really bored.
