    Voting on the server

As we all know the Call of Duty 4 server allows players to vote to change map/game type,or next map,or to kick a player......... And of course with this small power players are able to change the map(if needed) or if they need or get rid of a player who isn't going for the objective they have that ability...which is all fine. But there are a few players (I will not mention names yet) who would spam vote "next map" or kick players for no reason other than for laughs or just because the player is killing them to much....these players disrupt game play. The ability to vote is a privilege.... but many choose (for unknown reasons) to abuse that small power that they have.
I am here to ask...is spamming votes or issuing kick votes for no reason acceptable on the TTP server? If this is punishable....then to what degree of seriousness? I have noticed more spam voting and useless votes recently and it's becoming bothersome.....so if anybody could please "enlighten" me as to whether this is ok or isn't serious enough for admins to notice? There is nothing in the rules about voting on servers.....however i have seen an admin warn players about spam voting multiple times....but not all the time.... so lets see if we can't make this....more "official"?

Spamming votes is something the admins address when it is done on the server.  I was on when you were vote kicked last night in fact I called one of the vote kicks because I was tired of you not communicating.  Additionally you were vote kicked when you first joined the server by another player.  I would just take that as playful hazing, the fact that everyone on the server voted yes is what I would be concerned about.  You need to figure out how to communicate with your team with or without a mic. There were two votes by two seperate players over the course of an entire map, it was hardly spamming.

This post is not about mic usage it was to address the complaint about vote spamming, which did not occur in this instance. If there are no further questions on the spamming I'm going to lock this so it doesn't stray from the topic, pm me if you have any questions.
