I've heard too many good things about this game to refuse it's existence any longer. I think I'm gonna d2d it and hopfully be learning the ropes within the next week. I do have one question though.... How come TTP only has a 20 player server for this game? Is it not capable of having 64 players such as the battlefield series does?

I believe the player limit changes depending on which map is loaded. There shouldn't be a server-side problem with the number of max. player connections.

And Nouniquenicks, just buy the game already! I don't want to LAN with you again because last night was extremely irritating and frustrating. I spent half an hour traveling to the city I was going to assault, and then as soon as I get there y'all restart the server!?!

is this game any good? i tried out the demo when it came out and it seemed to me to be somewhat not that great...

I never played it when it first came out.

However, everyone has told me that patch 1.14 made the game much, much better.
Since the release of the game, they have already fixed many bugs, added more weapons and vehicles and added a new mode called 'Warfare'.

In addition, there are lots of new fan-made content. Including Sahrani life, Missions(evolution/domination/black sword) and content such as better sound, even more vehicles(such as submarines and destroyers) and other things.

Sooooo, I rank it a:

9/10

I give it a 9 instead of 10 solely because I want this rating to seem as unbiased and reliable as possible (and also because I don't exactly understand this ranking system, what do the numbers mean?).

1 would be poor and 10 would be the best.

Only reason I asked is because I was looking forward to buying this game until the reivews and demo came out and I didn't buy it. I also used to play Joint operations back in the day. I guess I can buy and and see how it goes from there.
