camping and not helping your team
I've about had it with people who come on the server and don't help their team or just camp the whole time. I think its time we start cracking down on this and don't give any leeway. My suggestion is to tell everyone, like how ya'll have with the checkout ttp.com in the different colors that pop up, and as soon as you see someone doing it you kick them.
I know this is not the place to be asking this, but would it be possible for me to me an admin for cod4. I want to start enforcing the rules that this is not a "do what you want server", but that you have to help your team, cannot camp, and be a team player.

You can probably help the admins a great deal by pointing out who are the problem players. They usually are dealt with promptly.
Here's a hint in getting extra attention to your admin call: Before you type anything, use the ^ symbol and type in a number symbol 1-9 (never tried 0, I'd assume it's white). This will change the color of all text following. It's a real nifty trick that's bound to get extra attention."In matters of style, swim with the currents... in matters of principle, stand like a rock."

Admins are on constantly watching, but we cant catch everything all the time. A simple "Hey admin so and so isnt helping the team" will suffice. If said player is found guilty of non teamplay, action will be taken.
Another note to remember, admins arent superhumans. If the player that is camping/not teamplaying isnt kicked withink 2 seconds of your saying something, dont freak out and get angry. Simply be patient, the problem will be dealt with.

Indeed, like about 30 minutes ago, it was 3v3, Overgrown, Domination, I had a team of 2 people that were new too the server, and the other team had good players that play the server every night. Well my team ended up losing because they were both back at the gas station the hole damn game, while i was up capturing flags.

Re: camping and not helping your team
There were a couple last night that I'd never seen on the server before who were definitely solely concerned with their KDR. They were seeking out our spawn areas on HQ maps rather than going for the objective. I'll keep an eye out for them in future matches and if they consistently are doing that I'll report them.
I also had to settle down a couple of non-regs who were clogging up the voice comms with idle chatter and animal noises. Thankfully they stopped after I got a little rude with them. That's annoying to the extreme on a team based FPS because the success of a round can hinge on hearing someone around a corner or calling out opfor positions. It can have the same effect as a TKer.

Many times we simply yell at the offending player over VOIP and see if they start moving. If they do then no problem. If they don't we bring things to the next level.
