greetings
hey guys, i did a quick look around the forums to see if there was a "hi im new" thread, but i didnt see one.
so, hello from Houston
i've been hopping in and out some of the texas teamplayer servers and im quite impressed that people here actually understand objective based combat instead of just running around trying to get their K
ratio up.

Welcome to TTP Murdoc, glad to see you finally got yourself into the forums.
Here, we care about winning via the objective, not about stat padding and having uber KDs
. Some of us do get uber KDs while being extremely good teamplayers, but you better believe that we don't care about them and care more about helping our team win.

Welcome Mudock..... TTP is intense, it's COD4 server is not for the Arcade gamers, it's for the team players. Most COD4 players who are not accustomed to playing as a team, would not like the TTP server, cause they would say things like "It's too hard", and "I can't just though my grenades anywhere like I would like, cause friendly fire is ON".
Don't be one of those guys who rushes in on the flag without thinking and instantly dieing, plan your attack and kill the enemy in the process, then acquire the flag. I can't explain to you how many players I see just arbitrarily running on the flag and instantly dieing without even thinking to cover their 6 or their 12 at best.
When you don't cover your 6, players like summon and soloplayer easily drop in behind you and kill everyone looking in the opposite direction.
Please guys, cover your 6!
