    To find TTP's servers you have to open the server browser in the console.

    To get the console go to options -> Keyboard -> Developer Console Activated

    Then hit the ~ key. That brings up the console.

    Type "openserverbrowser".

    To find a TTP server go to your favorites tab and enter in one of the IPs. 72.233.44.146:27030, 72.233.44.146:27031, 72.233.44.146:27032, 72.233.44.146:27033

    Then hit refresh.
