in order to get the achievement
you have to complete the expert campaign from very start to finish on expert (cannot be voting expert, never seems to work for me if i do), as long as you make it into the escape vehicle you will get the achievement doesnt matter how many times you die inbetween.

this is true as long as u are not the unlucky one who gets ganked by a smoker and pulled away

ohh bigdog me and soilder found out that you can die and not get to the rescue vechile as long as someone finishes and u get the count toward beating all campaigns on expert

cause me and soilder died and one person made it and we got it. but the beat a lvl on expert u have to survive
