Thread: Left 4 Dead Dead Air and Death Toll in Versus mode.

Through one of the modding and mapping sites for Left 4 Dead that I visit, I found out how to get Dead Air and Death toll to run in Vs mode.
The only real problem with it is some of the HDR is missing, so some objects will be all white.

Just download the maps and the configs, and then put them into the l4d map folder, and the configs in the cfg folder.
The just get ingame, and open up the config by typing "exec change_to_deadair" or "exec change_to_deathtoll"

Vola!
I've tested it, and it does infact change to deadair or deathtoll.
So have fun until the patch comes out!
(P.S: To fix the HDR issue on props, just turn the shader option to med, and it should work fine.

There's already been a couple of interviews with folks at Valve and they've stated that the Versus Mode patch for Dead Air and Death Toll plus some additional content will be available soon. Patience.

I know that, but this is just until then. It's been up for about 3 months, I've just been to lazy to put it up.

And ya never really know when Valve will release patchs.

Looking over the steam forums, I don't mind if it takes a little longer on the next patch. There is alot of things to fix. Besides, playing with regs makes it a good time.
