I think the point that Smoken is trying to make is that, with L4D it's very possible that an admin WON'T be in a game played on the TTP server, unless they come in to a game later, or started in the origional lobby. With L4D, it is very difficult for an admin to randomly join on a server that has a game currently going on it. Not that, once there, the admins are useless. However, the way L4D is set up, the admins have it going against them. Unless they're there to see it, or have been offered substantial proof of foul-play, there's not much they can do. So SMoken is asking us, the player base, to be vigilant in order to assist the L4D admins in doing their job. He's asking us, the citizens, to report to you (the L4D admins and highs), the cops, crimes we see happening on our streets, so to speak.

Smoke, I don't' think we will ever be friends, but I was reading things into your words that I don't think you intended. You have a strange, strange way of 'speaking' on the internet and I am apparently not very good at interpreting it.

I don't like you much as a person, but you are a fine admin and a teamplayer. And that is what counts here at TTP. If I end up making it to QuakeCon then I'll buy you a beer or two, as long as you don't spill it on me.

and yeah, this game makes people volatile, me included, and with all the changes they keep making -.- I hate that I don't like playing anymore *sigh* but I do hope that this can all get settled and people can come to an agreement about things rather then making everyone uncomfortable by complaining non-stop in-game, and I'm not pointing fingers, there have been plenty of people who do this, making things terribly uncomfortable, and making it an unfriendly environment. So lets try and make it more inviting to the current ttp members, and to possible ones as well.

Here, in Smoke and Arreo, we have two great colors that just do not fucking go together!

They each look fine on their own, but put them side by side, and you end up with something that looks worse that B-Dog's mom, and god DAMN if that isn't some heinous shit! I mean, I've seen some bearded ladies in my time, but usually that shit stops around the neck... Nevermind continuing on down the chest... stomach... shaded spots... up the backside... the back... over the shoulders... only to meet up with the beard again!!! It's like a serpent eating it's own tail, fer gawdsakes!

Can we get this thread Locked or something this thread has some pretty dumb comments in it. To get back to the main point of this thread can we get some instructions on how to take videos of games in L4D and who to send them to get reviewed if you suspect someone hacking.

I believe to get a demo you go to developer console (which needs to be enabled in options in L4D) and you type

record (what you want it named)

I personally think if you suspect someone of hacking you don't even comment about it on forums until you have some sort of proof to support your accusations.

I hope that people new to TTP do not read this thread because most of the posts are highly depressing I had to stop reading them about half way through.
