Thread: Is the server dead?

Yes what I can find online about this, someone from Activition has to log into steam and upload their new content. Steam/Valve is not responsible for making sure Activision is doing their jobs.

your refering to a company (activision) that has yet (after two games) to fix some of the most obvious, simple bugs that BOTH games share... clearly Activision needs some help, and certainly does not listen to emails... so lame...

I included valve in the email, whom I understand are fairly responsive to email to them.

For Steam to not keep their customers updated...is just crappy customer service. This crap has happened multiple times,yet Steam says and does nothing. If it is Activisions fault...that is fine,but Steam should at least tell that to their customers. No estimated date,no "hey we are working on it",nothing.

Its not steams job to tell Activision how to do their job, nor is it within steams ability to see into the future and accurately predict when Activision will get around to doing their job.

your anger at Steam would be like you being mad at Best Buys or Walmart if the reverse was the case and the Steam version was patched but the Boxed copies where still waiting...
