I was getting the same thing with the last version of the Catylist drivers from AMD. I have since updated,and no more problem...just a thought.

Nothing. Still getting the error at least half the time on closing the game.

well thats whats causing the crash, or so the event logging says...

Unhandled exception caught

I also notice a lot of messages in the console log that indicate problems with various sounds, even though I notice no problems with the sounds while playing. For example:
