    If WaW developers didn't fail....

    1. increased 2x=multiply by 2
    2. decreased 2x=divide by 2
    3. increased 1/2= take 1/2 of given stat and add.
    4. decreased 1/2=take 1/2 of given stat and subtract.
    5. increased 1/4= see 3.
    6. decrease 1/4= see 4.
    7. increase 1/5=see 3.
    8. decrease 1/5=see 4.


    The Stopping power perk has been removed.

    Jugger Perk now improves health by only half of what it does today.

    Martyrdom Perk has been removed.

    The Steady Aim Perk has been removed.

    All weapons accuracy has now been lowered by 1/4th when firing from the hip.

    All SMG damage has been cut in half.

    The Thompson No longer has the Round Drum Attachment.

    The Type 100 no longer has the Box Magazine Attachment.

    The Mp40 no longer has the Duel Magazine attachment.

    The PPSH Round Drum now equals to 60 Rounds Per Clip.

    All Bolt Rifle Damage Has been increased by 1/4th. (This includes the PTRS Anti Tank Sniper)

    The Sniper Scope attachment for The M1 Garand now improves damage by 1/5th.

    Grenade Launcher Radius has now been cut by 1/4th.

    The Flame Thrower now Overheats 2x faster, Cool down Half as Fast.

    The Flame Thrower now slows down the player. (same way the bazooka does)

    All Sub Machine Guns now move faster when looking down the sights. (same speed as pistol)

    The Tanks Tread Hp has now been cut in Half.

    The Tanks now move 2x faster.

    The Tank driver no longer has 3rd Person View and is Stuck in zoomed in view. (right click)

    The Tank's Cannon now has its own HP, when destroyed tank cannot fire main cannon.

    Tank Main Body HP has now been improved 2x. (takes two satchels underneath)

    The Turret Gunner can no longer be killed when crouching. (head no longer shows)

    The SGT 44's recoil has now been increased 1/4th. ( less than BAR but more then it is right now)

    The M1A1 Carbine's recoil has now been increased 1/4th.

    The Browning and MG42 now have overheat added. (equal to flamethrower right now)

    The DP28's recoil has been increased by 1/2.

    The Type 99's range has been cut by 1/2.

    Knives and Bayonets lock on range has been decreased by 1/2.

    Knives now only 1 hit from the back. They do 80 damage to all other sides.

    Knives no longer "stick" to targets. Unless they miss.

    Bayonet's recover time increased by 2x. They still 1 hit from all sides.

    Bolts now reload 1 bullet at a time.(as if with scope) Unless the clip is empty, then they use the strip to reload all five.

    You no longer need the second chance perk to revive a downed player.

    The M1 Bazooka now does 1/4th more damage.

    There is now a 3 second timer to get in/out of a Tank.

    There is now a 5 second timer to switch spots in a Tank. (from driver to turret and the other way around)

    Recoil is increased 4x when in the air, while looking down the sights for all weapons. (for all of you who love bunny hopping)

    Game Modes are now fully customizable by server admins. Ex. # of flags in Dom, length to capture each flag, where flags are placed. Where bomb sites are placed for SAB/SnD, starting location for attackers/defenders. ETC.

    Game codes have now been released allowing public to create administering tools for server, that are far more advanced. (for Bunni)

    All shotguns bullet spread has been reduced by 1/2 when looking down sights.

    All shotguns bullet spread has been increased by 1/2 when not looking down sights.

    Player speed has been increased by 2x when looking down shotgun sights.

    Tank Turret damage has been lowered by 1/2.

    And this took me what a day to think off? You arses had 2 fucking years to make this game.

    If this was how it was, I wouldn't leave the server for a minute.  If it was like this, I'd be in love.

    I don't know, the game would be unpleasant to play.
    -Without Stopping Power, the Garand is obsolete (most rifles for that matter)
    -Juggernaut only allows you to take one more hit than you would normally take, so that change only removes your Second Perk Slot.
    -Martyrdom, sure
    -Steady Aim, sure, makes the game like Counter Strike, which this isn't.
    -1/4 hip fire accuracy? How could you even hit anything at close range?
    -All SMG damage halved, sure.
    - agree with all the "no expanded clip" suggestions.
    -Bolts are already one hit one kill with stopping power.
    -The Garand Scoped is already one hit one kill with stopping power.
    -1/4 the blast radius on launched grenades, I wasn't even aware this was an issue. It seems decent enough as it is.
    -Flamethrower overheat should definitely be faster, but the cool down should stay the same.
    -Agree with the slow flamethrower idea.
    -Disagree with faster irons on the SMGs. You make no noise when you look down your sights. Complete silence while moving fast + the already deadly SMGs (even AFTER your changes, they fire very fast) = bad.
    -I don't really care about the tanks, so I have no comments
    -SGT-44's recoil is fine. I might have no beefs with it because I can't use low recoil weapons.
    -M1A1 Carbine's recoil is fine (it's a carbine), it's fire rate should be slowed.
    -The Browning and MG42 would overheat too fast, you wouldn't even be able to kill anyone.
    -DP-28's recoil is appropriately matched to its power, it shouldn't be touched.
    -The Type 99 is already the hardest weapon to aim with, why reduce its range and discourage people from using it? (Heck, no one but me uses it)
    -I'd like to see the knife charge removed, that's it for that.
    -80 damage from every other side but the back? What, are we playing TF2 and Counterstrike now?
    -Agree with the sticking glitch.
    -2x the bayonet recover time. Someone without a bayonet can swing 4 times in the time it takes to get your bayonet ready after missing.
    -I won't fight the "no second chance to revive" thing, but I will say this: Who uses it? I know I can play with 8 people to a team and have Second Chance, and I'm the ONLY one with it.
    -Agree with Bazooka damage, but it shouldn't apply to infantry. The Bazooka is an Anti-Tank weapon, not anti-infantry.
    -Once again, no comment on the tanks
    -4x Recoil in air? How about not being able to FIRE while in the air?
    -No comment on customization and game code
    -For all of the shotgun comments, they all lead to "it's more advisable to use your sights". The problem is, the sights aren't pinpoint. The Trench Gun hits below the top of your sights. The Double Barrel hits above the end of the gun, in a floating area. Shotguns are meant to be hip-fired anyway, aiming down the sights increases your range slightly.

    I might make it so that team mates can revine Second Chance team mates, even if they don't have Second Chance. But they can't go into second chance.

    That's what I meant. Sorry if it wasn't clear. When a person falls into second chance, any team member can revive him. Even of that team member does not posses said perk. Everyone can revive you removing the problem of others not using the perk, even if your the only one on your team with second chance you can be revived.

    My bad, 1/4th hip fire accuracy for SMG's. All other weapon hip fire accuracy is unchanged. (other than the fact that steady aim is gone)

    Browning/Mg42 overheat would not be as punishing as the flamethrower's. You would be able to fire nonstop through at least 1/3rd of your clip before over heat. Cool down would be shorter.

    M1 Bazooka splash damage is not increased, actual impact damage increased. The chances of you hitting infantry dead on are slim, but if you do, you deserve the kill for your trouble anyway. Hope that clears that up.

    I forgot to mention Bayonet recover time is 2x only when you miss, it's still the same as today's if you hit them. (primary focus is to punish players for missing with knives/close range, all to often people can spam the knife button with no problems)

    M1A1 has no recoil. Try using it, and tell me it's recoil is even visible. StG 44, would rape with the SMG's less powerful, same with all the Machine guns, light and heavy, hence slight tweaks to discourage lots of spam from what are now viable weapons to use.

    I'm not sure about the shotguns, that is what I spent some time thinking about, however.
    I like the Idea of decreased bullet spread while looking down the sights. But perhaps increased spread while not is a bit much.
    How about same spread as usual, but less when looking down the sights. This still encourages iron sight use, but doesn't punish as severely if you don't use them.

    I don't know, I think actually most of the guns are very balanced in this game except SMG's. I'm okay with the browning and other gun, as of right now.

    The one god damn thing I might change is NO bounce up when some hits you.
    For example:
    You are looking around a corner, using a bolt rifle. Quick bounds around the corner, and sees you. He's pretty far away, but spams you. He hits you, but right as you shoot, and your aim goes "up" a little bit, missing him. Then he kills you with the gay smg.

    even WITH stopping power, the bolt rifles shouldn't be touched. They are underpowered already. Without stopping power and 1/4 less damage they would be trash.

    1/4th MORE damage, to make up for the loss of stopping power.
