Exactly. Vs isn't always about killing the other team outright. Sometimes, against really good teams, that can be next to impossible. Mostly it's about pecking away at them bit by bit... How much damage can you do? Get their health bonuses down and hopefully when it's your turn you can have a higher health bonus than they did.

With a couple really good teams, sometimes both teams win all rounds. It's rare... but I've seen it. And those are some epic nail biter games too... Both teams with 6000+ points racing to the final infected to finish the finale.

Health packs and pills obviously change the game a bit... making it more difficult, but it's rare that a team rolls the other so badly that they can't knock them down at LEAST one round even if it's just the finale. Even pubbers can do it ONCE per game most of the time even if it's due to a tank right out of the gate or something.

VS is pretty balanced. I might like to see a FEW less health kits spawning sometimes. It's irritating to get a team down to near death on BH3 for instance only to have them get to the railroad yard office and have 4 kits sitting in the cabinet bringing them all up to full health right at the end of the map where they can easily rush to the end. But for the most part I'm happy with vs balancing.
