AA problems

the problem with this game is that it was designed by the U.S. Duhrrrrrmy and not a real game developer.

anyways, my game has only let me into the training once, and that's SINGLE PLAYER mode.

I have the Steam version. When I try to load single player mode, or enlist in new training on the stats part, it just crashes the game, but instead of exiting back to the desktop, I have to restart my computer because it completely freezes.

which is better, the STEAM version or the Deploy client?

I played this game back in the day when it was 1.5 or 2.0 (few years back when it first came out).. but it still seems shitty.. yet I still find the need to play it since it looks a whole day to install..

I could not even load the game with the steam version. The Deploy Client took forever, but i was able to get in, complete some of my training and play multiplayer.

It seems to be getting better, i think due to the MAD rush subsiding a bit. Some of the authentication server for training seem to be down as well.

Dev's asked not to do training, play in offline mode, that will work better.

I too have the steam version. I freeze just like everyone else and when I join it will restart my computer right away or just let me play for a few minutes and then restart my pc. What is going on really.

if you have the steam version and delete the Bin and Engine files, then go to AA3, Properties, verify game cache, it'll redownload the files very quickly. afterwards, i have had NO problems with the single player training. Multiplayer is still gay for me.
