Great Night

Had one of the most fun times I've ever had in L4D tonight, playing with a lot of the regs. Highlights included:

-A very well-balanced game of Crash Course. Both teams bloodied each other throughout, but an excellent pull by Krom(?) on the semi-truck into the truck depot sealed the game for my team.

-NM2, tank is coming unexpectedly with Smoken in the red. If I do say so myself, I pull a Hero Moment with an extremely lucky punch to the nose of a hunter about to pounce the healing Smoken. We cream the tank a few seconds later.

-NM4, an amazing but extremely lucky play by Kraker's team near the end. We (Me, Krom, Smoken, and Jack of all Trades) have cruised through the Crescendo and the tank with ease, all green. The smoker pull at the corner hangs Smoken, as I'm helping him up I get boomed off as well. A second later, both hunters pounce Krom and Jack. Well played, but our extremely coordinated tank strike on their run stopped them earlier.

-NM5, probably the best of all: Kraker's team has rushed us out of the rooftop ambush and are on the ground of the roof, but boomed. Kraker, who is boomed and is(supposedly) simultaneously drinking a Coke, decides jumping aorund randomly and shooting wildly is the solution. He ends up jumping off the roof.

Yea we got creamed...One of those nights, Couldnt really get in our rythm..had a great team too, just could'nt get it.

It was a damn good team too, I was worried we wouldn't make it. We got lucky at the beginning with those tanks.

Yea, yea. The random stacked the teams for sure. Then you picked up smoken, lucky for you.
Why L4D is the best? doesn't matter the stack, so many things can happen and they did.
Kraker plays the worst Tank EVER, I couldn't cap a Witch from behind (among other things) and our Boomer sits idle while our Tank gets owned. Just one of those nights.

And btw, that NM4 play was not lucky, Ira set that up. Should have happened all night but obviously it didn't.
Now, if you want press your luck, er' I mean play us again, I'm sure that could be arranged

Which tank was that? NM4 or something else?

I remember the witch in NM3. That was a very, very bad decision on your part :P

It was indeed lucky. Sure, you set it up, but a slight deviation from what we actually did would have destroyed that set-up. Most egregiously, I (or nobody) stopped to kill the smoker, we all ran ahead to kill him instead, exposing each other to attacks by the rest of you.
