L4D2 - Adrenaline

I was just looking at the console commands and came across the adrenaline ones:

"adrenaline_backpack_speedup" = "0.5" min. 0.010000 max. 1.000000
- Percent of normal backpack item use duration to use when affected by Adrenaline (not sure I understand this one, maybe makes you shoot faster or use less of an ammo pack...)

"adrenaline_duration" = "15.0f"

"adrenaline_health_buffer" = "25"

"adrenaline_revive_speedup" = "0.5" min. 0.010000 max. 1.000000
- Percent of normal revive duration to use when affected by Adrenaline

"adrenaline_run_speed" = "260"

What does adrenaline do? Just make you use a HP faster? revive someone faster?

Reload speed I imagine. If not that, than definitely how fast you use things like health packs, pull out guns, throw bombs, pop pills, etc. May be both sets.

"adrenaline_duration"
How long it lasts of course

"adrenaline_health_buffer"
Extra health it gives

"adrenaline_revive_speedup"
How much faster it makes you revive fellow survivors

"adrenaline_run_speed"
How much it increases your speed (Or what it sets your speed value to in this case)

I guess it's only a matter of time now until i come across a server that changes the adrenaline figures to make the survivors run like horses on crack.

LOL and it'll be on a server with "low grav" too

Adrenaline starts off making you go really fast and I like the side-effect it has visually. Everything becomes more rigid and visible. Understandably, it doesn't last as long as pills, but if you have green health, there's not a reason not to.

I can only imagine the jokes to be made about characters "injecting" themselves.
