Great call Kanati. I say captains with a list of people that are participating. Captains can get in vent and pick their teammates and then post the results (no need to have everyone in vent).

Absolutely. Captains only in vent. That way no one gets their feelings hurt as well if they are picked last. The team is set, posted and it doesn't matter one bit what round of the "draft" they were chosen.

I'm kinda excited here. The only bad thing is that we're trying to do this right as L4D2 is coming out.

Lets get some things rolling and plan for the tourney sometime mid december (before everyone starts leaving for xmas).
