Rage Quit

I do believe L4D is indeed a different game. I just wanted people to consider that sometimes its just technical reasons that people drop out of games. But I guess I wouldn't join a L4D game without letting people know I have crashing issue.

L4D and L4D2 constantly crash for me... or my wifi card decides it dosen't feel like being connected anymore...

Like I said in the other thread, I quit twice. Once I had kneeofjustice lined up to replace me, and once I crashed late at night and didn't feel like rebooting. Make a post in this forum and ask if I have crashed before and had to reboot to rejoin, it happens.

What it comes down to is what your willing to quit the game for. For some when you start gaming you won't quit until the house is 3/4 burned to the ground. Others like myself play more lightly and if I am gaming and a RL opportunity to hang out with friends or the lady, I'm probably going to go with that every time. TTP can't admin on dedication to the game, Rage Quitting sucks, nothing we can do.

You've been around long enough to know the answer to that question, and questions. You know because it becomes a trend. In the case of Addrake, I have seen him leave games suddenly, but I have seen it in games his team was winning as well as losing. This was back in L4D, as I don't think I've yet had the chance to game with him in L4D2. But there are others I've seen in both games who always seem to have "computer issues" or other things when on the losing team, but ironically, never on the winning team, and the computer issues are always accompanied by raging and screaming about the game, the "sucky" team, the whatever. Amazing. It must be as Lefty said: computers are more overtaxed when the team is losing. Perhaps all the yelling and screaming into the mic?

And what, oh admin of other games, do we do for non-teamplay? I think you know the answer.

Like I said, I just don't think it's right for you to do that and if you have to leave let someone know. There's no hard feelings but I wanted you to know that people are upset about it.

I think almost half of TTP is married and friends and yet find time to game. You don't play l4d so none of this applied to you.

TTP cant admin dedication, but rage quitting is described as non-team player which if im not mistaken is a ban able offense.

But anyways addrake it would be easier if you cleared it up before promptly quitting. This done feel free to lock it. If you want to talk further we can talk on steam.

Knew this thread was a waste, but I was mad and thought this should be brought up.
