Maps/downloads

I was just wondering if you had the server set to where ppl can download maps from it b/c tonight we had a full server and then we changed to aztec and everyone left b/c no one could download it... then server just died from there on! just wondering if we could check that out.

Also can we make the map a little bit longer now.. maybe 30 min or so? I think you have it set on 20 min but it seems a little short.
