When I started this job I'm at now my employer had a clause in the contract stating similar... You make something while you work here, it belongs to the company. I promptly crossed out that entire section in the contract and handed it to him and told him to get rid of it if he wanted me to work there. He wanted me more than he wanted that clause in the contract.

Welcome to the school system in the good ol USA, This is part of reasons why i wont go back to college. For all the money u pay its not worth it, And for my profession i dont really need it anyway.

ya it may be, But im fine with my decision im comfortable where im at, and im young so i still have plenty of time to grow with the company and or later down the road go back to school, But quite frankly, i dont like the school systems and i dont want to pay for it right now at the moment. None of u have to like my reasons or decisions but they are mine and im happy with them. =)
