I used the vent server, but never really liked the fact that we used it when there was in-game voip. Now that we are hosting I don't think we should be using it. We have public players coming into our servers now and we should extend the same teamplay to them as well through in-game voip.

Obviously you should be using the in-game coms as much as possible. Saving the TS and stuff for trash talking and the like... and for the record, any abuse of the TS server for ghosting or cross-team spying will result in banning from both the TS server and the game.
