How many slots do they list as having open?

you should note that the numbering on the server browser is kinda weird. it shows you total slots and available slots, as opposed to total slots and occupied slots.

In other words, don't pull a Dancing Corpse and think you're trying to join an empty server, getting all mad when you can't, only to realize that "0" means it's a FULL server.
