L4D1 Maps
Alright, enough waiting for Valve to port over the remaining L4D1 maps to L4D2 in this 'upcoming' DLC. The community has done a great job making custom campaigns to mimic them so its time to test some of them out. Follow the links to download to your addons folder. Along with that, make sure you have downloaded the L4D2 Add-On Tool in Steam for these to work properly.

These maps have been loaded onto TPG L4D2 Server 3 & TPG L4D2 Server 4, so if you are going to get a game going with one of them, make sure to choose one of those Steam Group Servers. I've run through them all on co-op but am interested to see how they play in versus. Just remember to take them with a grain of salt because they are technically custom maps and will have bugs (see notes below).

1st map - identical
2nd map - glitched/stuck inbetween two chairs in a random side office on bottom floor of office building, but other than that, identical
3rd map - CI had some routing probs in the middle (got hung up on some awnings), but identical
4th map - theres an SI breakable wall Ive never seen in the beginning part of the map, cresendo with van is short, after getting to metal detector almost at end, there is a red beam across the floor that starts another crescnedo (not sure what thats about)
Finale - no top to terminal when you exit the safe room, plane crash is still there, but finale in completely different. Area is gated off when you jump down. You have to call the radio and they open the gate and then you have to scavenge only 8 gas cans. It seems pretty easy with 3 being in the back of that military truck in front of the plane, but I can see it going completely wrong with the right SI attack.
Random breakable wall on 4th map (maybe its always been there...)

Death Toll
lot of grenades and pills throughout the whole map
lighting is a little bit more crisp but still dark
1st map - identical except for water under the broken bridge at the beginning - alarm cars throughout the tunnel
2nd map - identical
3rd map - identical except - crescendo at end is a bit different (since they dont have the audio files for the church guy) -- gotta hit the generator and then the electrical switch next to the door. I also believe the door opens once you hit the generator and switch, so you might be able to skip the crescendo completely.
4th map -- identical -- AI SV is a bit dumb, but thats about it...
Finale -- one tank before finale and then dual tanks for both parts of the finale... Then to end the finale, there was a tank sitting at the dock... haha
This has some work still Im sure, but I would still like to test on versus. Im sure it would be good for just a fun nostalgic game that wasnt too serious...

map 1 - identical - alarm car by trailer over the bridge
map 2 - identical - have to turn alarm off at door crescendo event
map 3 - identical - ***IMPORTANT***weird metal door you have to hold your use button on the left part of the door frame at to pry open at the bunker ***IMPORTANT***
map 4 - identical - view distance a bit lacking at the home stretch (due to map making limitations Im sure)
finale - nice surprise in the garage, dual tanks for final tank, tank spawns really quick when running to rescue vehicle & rescue vehicle now is a chopper that lands on this obscure tower in the middle of the corn field (and a bitch to get to). Oh and when Ellis and I jumped in the chopper, we fell off the edge of it (I actually fell through it... haha)
This one is a little quirky but good enough to still play...

Door that needs to be pried open on map 3 entrance to bunker
View distance at end of map 4
No more smoker death pull at start of finale (but potential death charge...)
Falling out of the chopper...
