The Train Station
We are bringing over more L4D1 maps for the upcoming L4D2 DLC. We have been making some changes to accommodate the differences in L4D2 game play. For example, at the very start of Blood Harvest, it was way too easy to charge someone from the start position off to their death. But now we have a question for you, if you have played Blood Harvest, is the 4th map, The Train Station, too easy?

Eeyup, it was like that even in L4D1. When Hocus and I were playin that back in the day, just charging forward and playing "Iron Man" (I.E. every man for himself) was a viable option for making distance, ESPECIALLY if there was a tank, as once you get around the tank it's nearly impossible to catch up to a SV trying to run the map.

The blood harvest map right before the finale. Where you come out and run past the barn (don't go IN because it's a death trap) and make the jump down a small cliff... run along the tracks past the train station and then through the three story house and across the trestle bridge to the train car.
And it took me longer to type that than it takes someone rushing the map to get there.

As long as there is no tank... or a witch in the wrong spot.
Kill first attack. Dont go in the barn, dont go in the barn, run, drop the cliff, dont go in the warehouse, rush past the house while taking out second spawn ins, make the jump into the window of the last house, all together out and they get their third spawn on the bridge which yields nothing.
