It is not possible for someone to connect when the game is paused. was one of the few that I could think of that I have not seen in the forums yet.

Oh and one more :

nr- waiting on green to get loaded into game

While the game is paused, it is possible for someone to connect, and to load up to 99%. They just can't load that final 1% and actually enter the game until it is unpaused.
