Maybe something like "The Injector":
You get within melee range of a SV, and use your special to inject an SI with a temporary virus (they are zombies, right?) that reverses all of your controls. Up becomes down, left becomes right (both in how you move and how you aim).

I'd like to see a zombified bird... like a huge zombified eagle or hawk. It can fly around quickly, and does no damage on its own besides a three point damage scratch. It's main ability is to land on another special infected and assist them. For instance, it makes the jockey do more damage and move people quicker, or makes the charger's charge distance longer and adds increased knockback. If the eagle is on an infected, you can't shove the infected off, you have to kill the eagle first.
