What's really funny though, is there were plenty of open seats available. Some of the chumps who registered seats in the rows TPG was in, didn't show up, and a lot of the seats that were not pre-registered, remained empty the entire weekend.

That's what bothers me. Going towards the noc, and table after entire table were empty. Like dozens of seats.

We will coordinate, and assume from now on that the seats will sell out quickly. People will be assigned areas, rows, and even individual seats to focus on so we can ensure we have the spots necessary to have a banner, open space for food and drinks, high stakes poker tournaments, table tennis, and bunk beds.

Regardless, we had a very poor showing this year, doesn't matter why. To many people not even coming for a day, to many people not fronting tpg gear we know they have, etc.

Must do better.

Agreed. This year was a bit of a disappointment.

I know the qc organizers haven't been receptive to requests in the past but would it be worth a shot to try and pre book as a community? Buy up two full rows? I would for sure pay a slight premium to register in advance and be guaranteed we have a solid tpg presence.
Maybe we volunteer for x number hours or something? I was pretty bummed not getting a byoc slot.
