TMD was cool and has a similar background in martial arts so we had a good time talking bout and trading pressure point tips as well as cool fight stories plus we both attended MMA so that was another connection.

ALL in all I had a really good time I really didn't get to socialize as much as I would of liked to but damn I still had one of the best weekends ever.

Yea mang you looked like you were in shape ready to kick some arse...............

lol yeah everything combined whipped my ass that day I was out for the count after the lazer tag! :8
i am far from in shape I just started a work out program today and damn near puked. but it'll be worth it in just a few weeks.
but on the real I cant de frag my computer by myself but fighting is what I do know.
don't be fooled it would have been a bad day in Baghdad even when i was taking knee if I had to fight.

I agree Jason! I want to be buff come next year! flat stomach broad chest and biceps from hell. You looked like you were in great shape a year from now you'll be a dark haired Adonis. maybe we ought to start up a work out thread for tips and tricks and nutritional info. I used the T-nation web site a lot when I used to work out all of the time.

So do I, But all of this life experience has to show up somewhere, why not below my chin and above my little buddy. As long as i have a strong heart I'm kewl! I can still take smoke tho! Bring it bign......

I miss the days of being cut and trim, cracking heads, and chasing the bad guys. When my wife and I met I was in great shape with a 6 pack wearing muscle T's. Let's just say I have grown a lot in our relationship.. har har.

Not that I am way obese or anything, but I am not sporting a six pack either. I liked your "life experience" reference Guch that was funny.
