Thread: SenSeiFAR / Australian Schoolgirl@GCM Quakecon help!

Hey guys, I am SenSeiFAR AKA Australian Schoolgirl@GCM. This year will be my first year at Quakecon. I live in Houston, TX. As long as being a newbie, I have been unemployed for 2 months now. I needed some help going to Dallas. I will be driving there myself, so if ANYONE from the Houston metropolitan wants to carpool, let me know. All I ask for is someone to share a room with or some "help" so that I can afford a room. A couch at some local Dallas resident is great too. Please, I really wanna go.

k, I'm sorry. I knew this wouldn't work.

actually shoot dancing corpse a PM. for a while he has had a spare bed and that would cut your hotel and his cost in half. He may have already gotten a taker IDK but ask him anyways.

Also weren't people just sleeping under the tables in the byoc last couple of times.... you could bring a sleeping bag and do that.

I live here in Irving like 10 minutes away but do to certain factors out of my control; I unfortunately can't offer people a place to crash this year.

However I do have a room at the double tree and If you need a place to shower you can always use that one.
Also don't listen to that old sour puss MT every QC there is one or two who needs some help. Much like dusty's situation I'll do whatever I can to help out those who make it but are struggling.

If you have transportation to get there, I'll spot you a meal and also volunteer the shower in my room.

You wont go hungry, and there is always a place to crash.

I plan on driving there myself. Problem is the hotel cost / staying somewhere.

I just heard, this will cost a lil more than I expected, any one kind enough to help me get there? I seem to be short.

Or anyone who would let me stay for free would be much appreciated also.
