Thread: Admin Abuse

I was playing on Kubra Dam on your server at about 12:45 am EST on Monday Oct. 8. I waited an entire round to fly and I got the jet at the beginning of the next round. As I was taking off I got forced tkd by two players. Then I said hey wtf force tkrs in global chat. Next thing I know I was kicked by an admin for teamkilling. I wrote in global chat TWICE that it two people force tkd me. Whoever the admin was knew damn well it was ftk. I have no idea who the admin was who kicked me, but they are just kicking me for god knows what, because it was obvious they were two forced tks on me. Then I came back and asked repeatedly who the admin was. Well, they wouldn't answer me. They just said go take it up in the forums. I don't know who was admining the server, but whoever it is seriously is abusing their position. I got banned because of my persistence about the matter.

If you were banned then you need to post in the banned forums. I'm sure this will be looked in to, but to help speed up the process to allow you to be unbanned please post there as well.

I was the one that kicked you for the teamkilling. So you are saying that typing in "wtf force tkrs" in global chat is supposed to be a get out of jail free card? Did you have the ability to keep it from happening? The answer to that would be "yes". You can set your throttle to neutral and wait for people to get out of the way. You got punished, you got kicked. Then you come back on and start asking who the admin is and start pleading your case. I warned you to take it to the forums. You state, "Who is the admin and I will post about it?" and I warned you again. Next you type a response, "Who is the G*D D**N admin on here and then I banned you.

Now I can tell you right now that I was MORE than lenient with you and I can promise that if it had been another admin you would have been gone in a split second, but I was patient and tried to point you in the right direction and stop your ABUSE in game.

I already had the throttle on my joy set to full and when I got in I immediately began moving forward. So, no I could not have prevented it. This is a clear case of admin abuse. Why couldn't the guys have moved out of the way of the jet. I feel like this was a clear case of forced tks. The one guy literally just stood right in front of the jet as I was taking off. This is bs. I know the ban was temporary, but I don't even want to play on a server like this anymore. The whole thing is just garbage. Why not kick the guys who forced the tks. You are seriously telling me you witnessed that whole incident and you still kicked me. Holy... now I am even more upset about this. I figured the admin was on the opposite team and thought it was intentional tks. WTF is your deal seriously. You saw the people standing in the jet and not moving out of the way. They had like 2 or 3 seconds before the jet even took off. If other admins on here would kick the person that had the tks forced on him then this isn't a server I even want to play on anymore. Just so I get this straight though you basically saw the whole thing and because you think I could have prevented it and I didn't you kicked me. Don't you think that if I could've stopped after I was already moving forward I would have? You think I want to start the game out with a -7 score. Please explain to me how after you have already started forward motion in a jet that you can stop before you run over your teammates if they are standing directly in front of the jet. Do you fly much?

I never seen you in the server, i forgive team kills 90% the times that happens, but i will never ever forgive intentional team kills,k or team damage.

Yes you could have. You could have throttled back. How do I know, because when you and I were on the MEC side you drove your vehicle into the hanger and you were in front of the jet when I got it. I was on full throttle and throttled back until you moved out of the way. That is just one example, but one that pertains to you.

I did not see them standing if front of the jet. I was moving up towards the bomber. The same two or three seconds they had to move out of the way is the same two or three seconds you had to throttle back.

I've already explained it. Yes I do fly. As much as you "no", but I do know you can slow the forward momentum of a jet.

You took off, got two tk's and I kicked you. You type in "wtf force tkr's". You typed this in after I had moved over admin utility to kick you. Again I will say that this is not a get out of jail free card. You came back in and asked who the admin was and you were warned to take it to the forums... You know the rest of the story.

You've been given the right to come to the forums and make an admin abuse claim. You've done it.

You keep stating that you KNOW I could have throttled back. Yes, that is true if I had a normal joystick or using mouse and keyboard. I use the Logitech Freedom wireless mouse. It was set a full throttle when I got in the jet. The joystick goes to sleep if not used for awhile. Once I get in the jet the first button I always hit to activate the joystick out of sleep mode is the boost button which is the closest button to the top of my joystick. Once I hit that button to activate the joystick the jet will be in forward momentum. That means that even if I hit throttle back it would be to late, because I will already be taking off and already have ran over the teammates standing directly in front of the jet.
Could you also do me a favor so we can clear one thing up? Would you please check the chat log so that you can confirm that I did not force a tk on Doom Carcass. I am really pissed about this guy insisting on saying I did this as it is a bunch of bs.

I have read the whole situation and no I cannot find where you TK'd Carcass.... So moving on to the issues....

The Runway is to be kept clear at all times..... No one is suppose to be blocking the runway with anything including live bodies so they can Force a TeamKill. We don't expect you to jump out of the jet and make sure no one is lying under your tires before you take off......

We ban people for intentionally Forcing TK's, just like we do for someone who Intentionally TK's a member of his team.

There was a lot going on at the time you were kicked and the admin was addressing complaints and making adjustments on the server.... I think the Admin kicked the 2 guys that Created a FORCED TEAMKILL on you as well, I would have probably banned them but like I said, he was taking care of a lot issues at the time and you got caught in the midst of it all....

We try to make sure everyone is able to play as a Team and have a great game without any problems from players but if that were the case, we wouldn't need admins.

Commander he didnt tk me, i asked for admin asistance cuz he was standing infront my jet.
Anyways, he knows how this thing works now, and i hope to squad up with him, im not being hostile, im just trying to make them realize what TTP is based at.

Ok, we have all the witness statements in and it is in our hands now, so if you are not an Admin or a witness with New informaions, please refrain from posting in this thread.
