not exactly abuse
today, or tonight on the CS:S Top % server i was jokingly votekicking -Jäger- Poster, he was possably doing it opn the other team because i got 3 votekicks for doing nothing. we were doing this the map before and noone had a problem with it, black dragon and killers came on, stacking the sides, probably cause they were going to scrim... and then the problem started, i votekicked poster, and vice versa.

i told my side (killers) to votekick poster, for fun
(ADMIN) reasons for votekicking?
(ADMIN) if its not legit, I will kick you.
*DEAD* aspect of the lol : <3
(ADMIN) hell...wanna be banned?
no i was just having fun (me)
(ADMIN) this isnt a "fun" server.
i think thats a little over the top, i did nothing wrong, ive always had fun on the server but i dont understand why i get yelled at by and admin, who i respected, for votkicking someone. ive seen it done before, when we play around and everything was fine. i dont understand why it has to be legit. it was fun, this is a fun game and ttp is a fun server. we were dead and noone was talking about strategy so i dont understand why it was so important that i not kid around.
it makes me mad and not want to play on ttp is the admins are going to be so strict about it, ive dont nothing wrong and deserve more respect for admins.
please respond

Re: not exactly abuse
The votekick is not there to joke around with or to spam it. It's there to deal with players when admins are not around. Abusing it for fun is definitely a no no.

Re: not exactly abuse
There is no such thing as "not exactly abuse." Either you're alleging an abuse claim or not. If not then this topic is entirely pointless.
I was not there but this is a pretty clear cut case of stupidity on your part and not much else.
The admin told you to stop dicking around. The point of votekick is to get rid of problem players when admins are not around, not to use as a joke against other players. You disrupted the flow of the game by trying to get your team to votekick a player FOR FUN. Getting someone kicked for absolutely no fucking reason would be abuse on YOUR part.

if its for fun its not a big deal... but the admin made it a big deal, at least for me

I don't see how that is stacked in any way since it was a pretty even match score wise until the end there.
This was the final score btw and the teams for a most of the map:
Third, votekicking someone for fun is never really a good thing, especially if it is your own clanmate as it can be disruptive to the team. Obviously the admin thought that it was and you should have dropped it right there. It's one thing to votekick someone yourself also, it's another to ask your team to votekick him for fun. Regardless you shouldn't votekick without a good reason.

The admins police the server, and they do a damn fine job. Had you been votekicking someone LEGITIMATELY then you would have not received a "threat." Be mindful that our admins do not make threats. They issue warnings. You were warned. Had you pushed the issue this post would likely have been in the banned forums.

Do you not see how it disrupts the damn game? You might find it fun to team flash, but just because YOU think it's fun doesn't mean your ass won't get banned for it. Just because you were having fun with it does not mean the rest of your team was. Every person that has come in here has told you why it was stupid, including a high admin, and you are just like, "dude, w/e." This from someone who leads a clan that wants to get residency. Do you really think this is helping?
Edit - Sorry Spaz, this was not in the abuse section when I posted. Let me know if you want me to remove my post.
