Kicked and Banned by admin.

Let me outline the situation a little for the admins. Map was piranesi. CT's won first 4 rounds. Then T's brought out two awps. Continued to use them until score was 4-6 Then CT's brought out the awp. And won a round. T's were still using it and admin put up a awp ban vote. Ban passed. End of story. Two round later score, 5-7 CT's bring out an autosniper. Ban immediately goes up before round is even over. T's don't have one, No overuse of the weapon is in play and loosing team is using it. And from my screenshot you can see I questioned the admin on why a ban if loosing team was only team using it. He stated that "Anytime and auto is brought out he puts up the vote ban" yet same rules doesn't hold true for the awp? I think this is being unfair for an admin on a game where they have to remain neutral admins. If they don't like people using the auto and ban it immediately shouldn't same hold true for awp?

From what I remember bout the discussion for ban's it had to be over excessively used by one side or the other and/or used by the winning team. Clearly in this instance neither one of the situations occured. Also no player was complaining about the use of the auto. I think there was abuse in the fact that the vote was put up so fast and that I got banned for questioning an admin in a respectful way about it.

Here is a screenshot of my logs that includes everything that occurred. My last comment appears slightly sarcastic now that i'm reading it back but at the time I wrote it I meant it word for word.

Your teammate asked for the awp vote, and even if he did not, an admin can put up a vote whenever they wish. The whole reason we are admins is because we exercise good judgement when it comes to things like this. Weren't you a CS admin once upon a time that got fired? Then you should remember the rules, but apparantly you didn't pay attention.

The auto was being used in main archway which is an EXTREMELY easy area to exploit an auto as Ts are entering their archway or trying to cover the bomb from sniper tower. Being an experienced admin, I will ban auto 100% of the time if it is being used on roof or main archway on piranisi. Im a tad bit loose on the awp, but even if I wished to put up a vote, I could have. When I put up a vote, the last thing I want is an irritated regular disrupting the flow of the game, as you did....hence your 30 minute ban.

So let me make this clear.

#1 There is NO such rule where a winning team can or can not awp/auto- its based on honor and is not bannable. It is the admins job to throw votes up.

#2 If a reg asks for a vote, then they will get one.

#3 An admin can put up a vote ANYTIME they wish. The only time an admin is at fault is if a vote is being spammed.

And don't try to tell me you weren't being sarcastic when you damn well know I am the admin- a high admin that knows the rules.

Would you like to push this abuse claim any further, or are we done here?

As tony already replied, I will also do the same.

there is nothing, anywhere, ever that says admin can NOT put up a vote how they want, and when they want. Low grav, no awp, FF, whatever. This is for several reasons, but from the public's perspective.....

#1. So long as they aren't repeats of the same vote over and over, they are there for the server public to decide/vote, and ratify. If the public doesn't want FF, they vote against it. If they want awps, they vote for it. It doesn't matter WHEN this vote takes place, just that it does.

#2. Assuming we have to wait for someone to request an awp vote is an utter (but convenient) misinterpretation of the rules. We never, ever ever ever made such a rule, and never will. The only remotely related rule about user requests and votes is that if the public asks for it, the admin gives it. HOWEVER, the admin's own intuition and experience means admins can see the beginnings of problems before they become problems, most especially on maps that have great tendencies for awp/auto/sniping abuse.

I put up awp/auto votes sometimes in the 2nd or 3rd round, most especially on maps like cbble, dust, italy, and other places where it turns the game into a sit-and-shit sniping map, rather than a game of CS.

For you to run your mouth in game, whether you believed you were right or not, shows only two possibilities.

1. That you were an awp/auto whore, and were unhappy with the result (otherwise, you would be happy with the result and not complain, but cheer the admin for reacting faster than the public)
2. You hate admins, no matter what they do.

Is that true?

I didn't look to see which admin I was speaking to when I was typing so it was nothing personal Tony. It was to the anonymous admin on at the time.

I wasn't trying to be sarcastic at all when I was typing and I wasn't trying to berate the admin either. Just trying to get a little clarification.
