Thread: Admin related question and Apology/Explanation (Not Abuse Complaint)

Alright so heres the background.... i come onto the TTP server for the first map for me of the day. I join the T side on dust wanting to help them because they are getting raped. We go a couple rounds and Vocal and I.. despite our best efforts.. cant get our team to do anything besides run around like idiots. We make calls... they do the opposite or ignore them.. we say bomb this way.. the bomb camps... we take A.. the bomb tries to go back to B. Quite simply.. we had a team full of people who needed a good admin kick in the butt. We won a few rounds.. but quite honestly it was by our team playing deathmatch.. not actually doing an objective. It got so damn annoying.. that Vocal and i finally went to spec hoping that someone on CT would switch.. or perhaps we could just complain to one another about the situation. The server was only at about 14 players total... so we figured sitting in spec would probably be OK since we were not jacking any spots away from those wanting to play. I believe i said when i first joined spec, "your right vocal.. this isn't worth it"

Now... Syrringe was on the CT side... and raping us badly. When vocal and i went to spec and i made the comment "it isn't worth it".... Syrringe came back with the comment "Man up". Now heres where i got a little out of control.... I responded with, "i like how syringe tells me to man up.. when hes not on T side.... fucking bitch". Now quite simply... i responded this way because having a CT (and it wouldn't of matter who it was)... tell me to man up.. when they are raping our asses and that CT has NO IDEA what we are going through with the vast majority of idiots on our team... is a kick in the balls. How are u going to tell us to Man up.. when no one is switching to help.. and your owning us.. and you are on the other team meaning u don't know whats going on here.

Was i wrong to get so pissed and call him names?... YES.. i was. However i still think that comment wasn't right. If he was on T side.. or it was made in god chat.. i would of listened. But it was not. Now he then proceeded to admin kick me.. which i thought wasn't right because i wasn't talking or responding to the admin.. i was responding to a player named syrringe. Regardless of if i went overboard with my comment.. i was under the impression that you can talk trash and curse and whatnot in the server. If i made that comment back to the admin typing in God chat then i would understand the kick. But at NO point did the admin type in god chat to me or the server prior to my comment.


So in conclusion.. Syrringe... I'm sorry.. i was an ass... but you cant be telling someone to man up when you have no idea what they were or are dealing with. And i also want to know if admins have the authority to kick someone for using cuss words to call someone a name... since i wasn't responding to syrringe the admin (he never typed in god chat).... i was responding to syrringe the player. THIS IS NOT AN ADMIN ABUSE CLAIM.... since i was partially at fault and acting like a child. Its simply an apology.. a explanation.. and a question.

Sitting there and belittling a player on the game chat is disruptive to all, hence a very kickable offense.

Since there is no Admin abuse here, I will lock this down, since this is not the place for an apology.

Also, like Civil said, we have a forum and thread, that you can report NonTeamPlayers.

Also, had you pointed this out in game to the Admins, it would have been dealt with.
