Why must you keep locking threads...

Quotes are from my other Admin Abuse thread.

You could have said "hey, I'm doing really well I'm helping you guys". And they likely would have said "OK, can the other two of you switch?"
As I already have mentioned several times. I was communicating with my team over voice communications. Id much rather press "V" then stop everything I am doing to type. I had said this several times and was not responded to by the admin.

you said "shut up and play the game"
This was never said. Please provide a quote from the chat logs to back up the claim.

You came back and said some pretty lippy things to the admin, demanding to know which 'terrible' kicked you and telling them to 'learn to play the game'. That is straight up admin disrespect.
I have already admitted to and apologized for this. My comments were a result of the unfair kicking which I have proven several times. Also nowhere in the server rules does it state "admin disrespect" or any similar form, as against the rules and punishable by a kick or ban.

you kept going, round after round
I was banned at round end when the map switched. The entire situation was during one round.

became a server disruption and you needed to be removed.
Following the comment about 3 snipers, which I solved through voice chat, there were no comments directed towards me about disrupting the server. In fact, the few players using voice communications were wondering what the admin was talking about. They were puzzled when we were asked to drop 2 snipers when we only had 1.

Once again, I'd really like the admins to step back and take an unbiased look at the situation. Instead of instantly trying to dispute me. Provide facts and understand what happened before you make outrageous and contradicting comments. I agree with you for trying to defend fellow admins, but the admin was clearly at fault in this situation. There is a point where you need to defend your peers, and a point where you need to respect the members of the community. Your fellow admins keep continually twisting their story to prove me wrong. The truth is the truth, you won't find a fault in my story, as it is what happened. You can't and won't contradict yourself if you tell the truth.

Now, please stop arguing with me and just handle the situation appropriately. The admin abuse sticky even says to deal with the case as if it were in the real world. No judge would rule against me with the evidence provided and the contradictions of the admin's story.

I understand there are admins that deal with the entire TTP community rather than just the TF2 community. I would like to discuss this issue with the higher levels of management. I would prefer the conversation to be held through private messages where it will not be interrupted by the TF2 admins.

At this point man, I would REALLY stop making more threads, this is what, 4 threads already?

It's not helping your case, at all.

Sorry for posting here guys, but this guy is digging a hole that an oil drill can't reach.

The people who lock this are "higher levels of management" so there's nothing more you can do.

You've been banned, your ban will be sustained for 30 days. If you wish to appeal your ban in 30 days you may do so.

Now, please stop arguing with me and just handle the situation appropriately.
^ see you in 30 days if you wish.

I would listen to Hocus and the others.

I am one of the "higher levels of management". After 30 days, and a new request has been submitted by yourself, the appropriate group of admins will convene again and decide as to allow you to come back at all or leave you out in the cold.

They will look at how you handled your unban thread. They will also look at your time in between. Did you come by the forums in a meaningful way or even try to become a part of the community? They will also look at your stats.

It is YOUR character they will be looking at.

You are free to come by the future and play 2142, BF2, or any other games that we host here at TTP, but in the interim, there will be no overturning of the current ban in TF2.

You could even consider yourself lucky with the "higher levels of management" being very patient with you.

The more you spam this stuff, the less likely your ban will be voted to be overturned in a month.

Re: Why must you keep locking threads...

The actual unban means very little to me. I have multiple steam ids and have been playing on the server using an IP proxy. The reason for the ban and the way the admins handled it, is what bothered me. Rules are in place for a reason. You put up rules expecting players to follow them. When players are following them and still get punished, of course they are going to be angry. I attempted to deal with the issue before I was even kicked the first time. The admin would not respond to me. Kicking me once is going to anger me, twice is just asking to set me off.

Everyone seems to be ignoring the initial reason why I was kicked the first time. That event triggered the rest. Had the admin responded to me and dealt with the issue of 3 snipers in a civilized manner, we wouldn't be here today. Instead he immediately kicked me without even explaining. Following that I was then kicked again with no reason given. This isn't how you deal with problems.

I was more shocked than anything when I was first kicked. I have probably played around 100 hours on your server, and never have I once seen an admin threaten to kick for playing a class. I have even seen your own admins organizing an entire team to play heavy. That isn't team playing!

We are winning and playing strong as a team and an admin feels the need to step in. Call me oblivious, but it just doesn't make sense.

Niz, I have one question for you:

Did anyone on your team ask for less snipers, because they were hurting the team, before the admin first warned you?

I have not seen this question ask in the other threads, if people did then that would justify the admin in the case, if not, I don't see a reason why the admin should decide what's best for the team classwise.

Note: I am not an admin for TF2, to prevernt any confusion.

Re: Why must you keep locking threads...

I will make this simple for you, so we can fully understand each other. I, along with several others that have replied to you already, are as upper management as it gets. Your only option at this point is to sit out your 30 days, and come back an appeal. Sure, you can try to play with your other IDs and your proxy, but that is part of the fun for us too is finding your other IDs and banning those as well, unless you do things the right way. So I will tell you this, I am locking this topic too because your case is done. You are banned, there was no admin abuse, and if you feel so strongly that our admins suck just find another server to play on and none of us will lose any sleep just like you probably won't either. You can feel free to post on the site all you want during your 30 days about anything other than your ban, however, if you start another topic or make another post questioning your ban, admin abuse, or anything remotely similar you will be site banned as well.

So what are you saying, that we can't keep you off the server and that you will join it anyway?

Is this is a you can't stop me attitude coming from a punk?

Live and learn from this ban of yours. Also take note that Admins do not discuss issues in game, we discuss them on the website.

So if you got kicked and didn't like it, you could have calmly came to our website, made a post and discussed the entire thing here. Then you would not have a Ban hanging on your head right now. Yet you decided to handle it "Your Way".

Did you learn anything ? We will see. Join the server you were banned from during your ban and you will never have another opportunity to play here again.

Follow the rules and reflect on this during your 30 days before you can appeal. When that day comes, leave your attitude outside the door and you might stand a pretty good chance and being able to return.

    Resolved.
