Admin - should not have been kicked - PR

Playing PR tonight, I was kicked while leading a squad on Kashan Desert, MEC side.
It had been a difficult round, with our side going from stomping the US side (bunkers and north village were secure, my squad was moving towards South Village, we were rolling the US side pretty well while the rest of the team was performing the typical ass-hattery that is found on any map with helicopters). Unfortunately, our team didn't support the advance, and we were pushed back pretty hard (lost bunkers, we were trying to regain them). I make it no secret what I need in my squad. I had 2 people in a Havoc that were doing awesome supporting the whole team, a spotter (who had been in armor with a sixth person until they dropped), and another member was with me in a tank. Big Hub joined my squad, which is fine, except he was running around in a transport helicopter. When our team is down, I am very clear... I do not want people in transport helicopters in my squad. If they are (as was the case before I was kicked), I'll ask for a specific location to be put at, then ask them to return to the main and either join another squad, or get on the ground, since pilots CANNOT capture flags, and I needed more people actually with me for rally point placement, etc., as I did in this situation.
So, after placing a move marker for where I wanted to land (away from Bunkers as there tends to be mobile AA near them later in the maps), the pilot squad member proceeds to fly past that marker, and drop us off much closer than I want to be. At that point, I told them that I don't need pilots in my squad. A reply which ON MY END sounded like "I xxxxing got you here didn't I?" (which was also the first voice communications I had heard from this Big Hub - edited for any children reading). My reply to this was "Wow, I don't need that here" (referring to language, but also the lack of working with MY squad to complete MY objectives - win back flags to win the round, I'm at a very big disadvantage because I don't have a 3rd person with me to drop rally points, etc) and so I kicked Big Hub from my squad. As I recall, there were helicopter squads available, which would have been perfect for anyone who wanted to fly. I didn't really care tonight if people were more interested in flying than being on the ground, so it wasn't getting to me that much.
For the sake of openness, I will admit to the following:
Right after the kick, a message of "Goof, did you seriously just kick me from your squad" was answered with "Yes I did, get over it" (*edit #2* - while saying this, me and the fellow in my squad still with me are being shot at, and I'm trying to figure out where it's coming from while pinned down so the Havoc can get rid of the enemy doing it). Immediately after, there was a discussion between me and a couple of other regs in my squad along the lines of "Dude, you just kicked a high" and my reply of "Ahh crap, well I'm sure I'll get a kick in a minute".
In reviewing the PR rules and regulations, I fail to see what justified a kick. Taken from the PR rules page:
Things to do that can get you punished, kicked, and/or banned on the server.
#1. Cheat, or refuse to reasonably explain yourself when questioned about cheating.
#2. Say nothing but insults in the chat and mic, especially about teamplay.
#3. Repeatedly refuse to join a squad or follow a commander/squad leader's reasonable orders. Keep in mind: our admins are typically those squad leaders and commanders.
#4. Blatantly challenge the authority of the admin.
#5. Team Kill & Exploit (i.e. working with members of the opposite team to kill/revive for medic points, damaging vehicles only to repair them, purposely destroying team vehicles, such as those in spawns.
#6. Careless Friendly Fire and/or Team Damage.
I see nothing that I did to justify a kick, other than 1 accidental team kill earlier in the round, which was immediately apologized for. I don't see this as challenging an admin's authority, since I never addressed any comments in game towards an admin - my one comment to Big Hub was as a squad leader to a fellow player on my team. I apologize for kicking Big Hub from my squad, but hopefully it is understandable why it was done. I needed people with me, helping my squad complete the objectives of capturing flags, or suppressing enemy armor. Flying transport helicopters does not accomplish either of those objectives. If there had been no other squads open (or the only other squads were locked), I most assuredly wouldn't have kicked then, as I'd rather have someone squaded up than doing the lone wolf thing.
*edited to take out a point that I'm not 100% positive of*

You were the squad leader and he was a member, if you had a member in your squad, not following the orders, then you have to get them in line and the diplomatic approach works just fine, by communication and yall did just that and that shows that teams can mend and get back on the right path.

It appears we are all in line now, after a pretty rough round.

This issue is resolved, but I will put this here so it's public.

I was in the chopper flying, along with the rest of the squad, and we were headed to where the SL wanted so we could build FOP.

We got there, everyone unloaded, and then I hear, "Unload the crates". So I asked over mic, "what button do I press to unload them".

Then I hear a bunch of moans and groans, and then I was kicked.

Goof and I have already talked about this, but you don't kick people out of your squads because they don't know what to do. Help them out, that's why TTP is here. We help people, not shut them out.

It's kind of like votebaning somebody in CS:S because they don't know what button to press to defuse the bomb. It's very unteamplayer-like.

    Anyways, this is resolved.
