Hi Bravo (and the rest of TPG),
This is interesting indeed! I am very glad to hear this. Not to hear that 3RB is blanket banned, but that there are some players we should not be inviting back.
As the head of the newly reforming 3RB, I can assure you that I have a zero tolerance policy this type of business.

On a personal note, Mobb's head/mouth was too big, which got him into trouble in our servers as well.

I would like to use this opportunity to help create a better name for the future of 3rd Ranger. And thank you for your candor.

I have reviewed your forums and it seems that there are other such instances of good names being banned unfortunately. I am in TS with Thunderbolt, now, who told me of his ban. This happened well after my ban, of course, as I would have approached this from that angle instead.

I would ask that the tag be removed from the ban on site list. I understand what I am asking for. The names below should be left as bans, as I recognize the player names for their actions. I would also ask that if there are other names that you, as clan admins, think I should reconsider as invites back to 3RB, please tell me. Under my leadership I am guaranteeing my policies will be swift.

I suppose now I am contesting a clan ban and my thread can be bumped to the other topic if necessary.
#1. Why do you think you got banned?

My clan was banned do to its member's indiscretions. The ban was well warranted and is accepted.

#2. What server were you on? What admin do you believe banned you? What admins were there playing?

TPG servers were being used. Multiple banning admins.

#3. Why should you be unbanned?

I believe 3RB should be unbanned, not because it is deserving, but because there were more good members than bad. The wrongs of the few should not outweigh the good of the many. Also, new leadership policies allow other clans and players to raise concerns against admins and other members of 3RB. 3RB members and admins will be held accountable on all servers and forums they participate on.

#4. A written statement that you will refrain from doing anything that will get you banned again.

I can assure you that if any 3RB member is banned with good reason on ANY server, they will be seeking new clan membership.

As you can see, and by your posts agree to, there is no abuse. This case is resolved in that regard. The rest can be handled in the Banned forums. You may appeal the clan ban for 3RB there. There will be a discussion with you there by one or more of the lead admins, followed by a vote. IF the vote passes to remove the ban-on-sight order for 3RB, individual bans on former/current 3RB members will only be removed on a case-by-case basis. Each individual must come in to request their own unbanning.
