A written statement that you understand the cost of $5.00 per month and that no refunds can be given once your money has been received and your slot is activated. Obtaining a reserved slot is considered a donation, so please read theTPG donation rules and information.

Falsification of, or failure to provide any of the above information, including names and ID's you are associated with, will result in automatic denial and/or revocation of your reserved slot.

I understand the above and agree to it.

So upon reading the instructions I am a little confused as whether I need to specify the server or not. For the sake of ruling it out, I play on the 1 awp per team server.
