If you think Dark Carnival on Left 4 Dead 2 is bad try playing Left 4 Dead 1. 90% of the time you'll be playing No Mercy.

yea, Dark Carnival is definitely the map that everyone plays the most, even on PC. probably because its great for VS

when i check on my pc i have 5 games of carny on normal, 1 on easy, 3 on advanced and 1 on expert

and in versus there are about 7 carny vs games

There are a lot of good ambush points in Dark Carnival, particularly the apartments in Map 1, the Tunnel of Love in Map 2, the gauntlet in Map 3 and the ability to wipe out a team in seconds after leaving the saferoom in Map 4.

But the most played map [for 360] is Dead Center.

It is generally the most played, but I find every now and then you get a night of people playing the same map again and again. For example, about a week ago, I was playing Realism Versus and for about 5 games in a row I ended up playing Dead Centre. Three of them ended up being full start-finish games too, it was a drag. and the thing with Realism Versus is that often there's very few games out there, so its often best to just stick with it.

Dead Center and Dark Carnival are the most played. It makes me want to play Swamp Fever after playing those maps soo much.

I guess people just like to play on this map they either know the map very well or they enjoy playing on it every time they hit up Multi..
