B. I accept the rules and understand the standard I will be held to as a reservist and I promise to always work towards the goal and be a teamplayer.

C. I would like to purchase a reserve slot for the BF2 Server for 6 months.

D. I understand that this will cost me $5 a month and that no refunds will be given.
