    CS:S Reserved Slot Not Working/Active

    I completed the process for my reserved slot earlier today and it seemed as if it was working after the payment was processed. Now, it shows that I have no active subscriptions and no reserved slot for the CS:S servers. Just curious if there was a hiccup in the process of some sort since I have double checked that the PayPal transaction did process properly and there is an 'Active' subscription as well.

    hmmm not seeing any transaction logs in our system verifying the payment, big can you confirm in paypal that we received it?


    Now i must ask the stupid question, Rigler, did you pay via some kind of echeck? Or did you transfer funds directly from a bank account? If it was the former, they can take a few days to validate before they even hit out system... Though it is strange that there is no transaction logs at all, with an echeck we should have gotten a notice of its pending status...






    and for future reference, anyone whom encounters a reg in such trouble (unable to see the private reservist forms) tell them to pm me.

    Pending Until Oct 19, 2011
    Rigler, because you paid with an echeck, which is fine, it takes paypal more time to finalize the transaction. For future payments (and to make using paypal easier in all your transactions, with TPG or not, update your paypal profile with more info. Bank accounts, credit cards to back up fund transfers, socials, etc. The more you enhance your profile in paypal, the faster you can move money.

    It should post, and then activate here, normally. Just be patient.

    Got it! eCheck cleared today and the reserved slot is posting as active. Thanks for looking into this for me. I wasn't aware that a pending transaction did not account for the subscription - I was thinking there was a hiccup somewhere. I should have known better to think that there was an issue with the system! Haha.

    Thanks a bunch for the responses and information. I appreciated it.
